Purchasing or "hiring" is messed up for me. When I tried to buy 10 units of a business it quoted me one cost then I bought 5 of them and then hit 10 to buy 10 at once and it was cheaper for some reason. Well I went ahead and bought it (to get to 25) and it only bought 5 so that's why it was cheaper I guess. It just doesn't always buy the right amount I guess. (I had enough money for all of this too btw)
We had a large number of users who requested that X10 round to the nearest even 10, X50 to the nearest even 50, and so on. So if you have 3 and click X10, it will show you the "to 10" cost to buy 7. I'll put a to-do note in to see if we can change the button art to be clearer.
So I'm forced to do every job to keep the doors open and then I end up with a horrible reputation and then don't receive any jobs at all when I'm in the negative... its just too hard to get past that hurtle. I did it once with just one employee but even that failed after I had to start shippig jobs early to survive money wise.
New Update again, it should save DNA and count for each upgrade. Just noticed a couple more bugs though The DNA per click resets every new instance, still having an issue with the passive upgrades, also the buttons are starting up to high... which is just annoying. Tweaking it a lot though and once all the basic bugs are figured out then I'll put in a lot more content.
New Graphics, Upgrades keep count of how many you've purchased, fixed one bug. Working on more upgrades, changing costs etc, fixing bug with passive upgrades, also working on saving and prestige system.
Oh also the upgrades start too high on this smaller screen, will fix that later.
Just to warn everyone this is a very early version, I just wanted to put it up here to see how it would work and have a couple people play it to get some ideas. Better versions will be coming out over the next few days.
I got the core solid doom upgrade but as soon as I switched it out for something else it says I never bought it again... anyone else have this problem?
Hey everybody thanks for the feedback. I will definitely be updating it a bit next week so come back and play it to check out the improvements. I will definitely try to put in waves/levels and I have a few more things to work out hopefully so I'll fix it next week.
Ya this is just my first test of the game, I actually had a better version but it had some fatal flaws and I needed to start over. I'll make it better soon though.
You probably need to enable Unity in your browser settings.
