ROMANES EUNT DOMUS is a Latin joke from Monty Python. Roman Legionnaire: "People called Romanes they go the house" Brian: "It says: Romans go home" Legionnaire: "No it doesn't". Anyway, it's a hint that the others letters are Roman Numerals. Decipher the number and put it in to get the key.
