Hi, nice game. i like the concept. I support and Auto embark button maybe with a 30 seconds delay and maybe -50% rewards would be fair, to try out. As such would make your game more idling and management more rewarding. Because for now, managing equipment + Talents + clicking on embark is tedious for an idling game. I hope the best for you :)
