I just realized I got distracted from the game with because of the comments, opened two new games, and started listening to music before I remembered what I was doing.

On level 22 I managed to get stuck in an endless loop, apparently I was just big enough to not fall through the space between the left oval and the wall. I waited five minutes holding fast forward and finally just reset the level.
