Pretty cute little game. The resource gathering is just a time waster that doesn't add anything. It wouild be better to just have to find one-off items instead of forcing the player to just wait while numbers tick up. I almost quit when I needed to accumulate 200 wood.
I enjoyed this game, but I did consider quitting early on when there was no challenge to the levels. Once I got to the first 3D level, I was hooked, but before that, there was no challenge whatsoever and I wondered if the game was going anywhere. I'm glad I stuck with it.
I wish it was easier to pick up gems, etc. during the battles. I find I'm putting most of my focus on grabbing all the little prizes, so I don't really get to watch my troops do their thing.
Having some way to zoom out or look down the field would be a welcome feature. Right now, I feel like success depends too much on luck after the first shot.
I like this game, but there's one frustratingly obvious flaw: the blue and purple monsters/maces are quite difficult to tell apart. You couldn't have used something like red/blue instead?
Go to the second star level and suddenly the cheapest energy drink is $5. What the hell? I'm not making any more money. Now it's just hard to improve my player.
I didn't like this game. It was difficult only because it was ridiculously unintuitive. There was no indication whatsoever that you could look closely at the ceiling or into the corner of the bookshelf room. The only way to figure that out was to move the mouse randomly about the room. Also, why was it necessary to erase the credit card, only to reprogram it using the numbers that are already on it? Is it just a coincidence that the first four numbers of my credit card are identical to the exit code?
Thanks!!
