cant open runes tab without whole game screen going black

i'm so frustrated with this game deleting my saves spontaneously a few times a year only to find my progress set back several months, if not a whole year, and unable to bring back the day priors save file. please fix this, its so bloody frustrating

import function isnt working on the following browsers: chrome and bing been trying to import a save after upgrading to a new pc.

why does the window have to be visible for any progress to be made? going offline means monsters arent being attacked. but staying online means i cant do anything else with my computer in the meanwhile. if staying online, the window shouldnt have to be slightly visible at all times for any progress to continue

Please PLEASE please add a button to pick up ALL benefactions in ONE go and not to hold a button down for 10 minutes Also please a 1000 and 10000 option for unassigned acumen! It's becoming a chore to play this game now!
