i kinda liked this game, to the point that i was gonna play it again. but i closed my browser (firefox) and when i came back, my game was gone and now i have to start again....

The way to win cards are horrible! Most of us will be stuck forever having to play with the same cards AND against the same cards, wich means the game will easilly get boring. Level system is pointless, and even worse, there are two separate kinds of them inside the game (for what?).
The game is good and have a lot of potential to be the best, but i hope someone is reading this, well, 800 pages of comments and feedback to do the changes the game needs.
It's a good game, but it's too easy and there is no challenge, and it lacks an objective. So after spending almost four hours playing on a single level i just sold all my towers to see what happens... and nothing happened ¬¬

the graphics are good, the sound when the patient dies is annoying but can be turned off so its ok.
but the time... man how do you expect someone to understand the game, read the given instructions AND perform the surgery in such a few seconds? ¬¬
maybe it would be good to have a help section on the main menu to at least explain the tools and give an idea on how and when to use them
also i must share that I'm on level 44 hard mode and my firefox is consuming 105k of memory and about 50% of the cpu usage, with only the game opened. I hope it's only with me, because this is no good u_u
