Jooe, can't store individual fighters in bank and only the total damage appears when you place the base in the unit bank... I was hoping that somebody had done some math or cracked the coding...
The energy thing has been commented to death, and I agree with most of those comments. I would like to add that if you fail a mission, you should get 80-100% of your energy back. It is a real bummer when you fail a mission, want to retry it and realize you don't have the energy to do so...
ALSO... once you have finished a mission to 100%, the energy costs should be decreased to 25% of the original value.
Are the two achievements in the very upper left and right of the achievement screen attainable? You unlock Excalibur but completing level 19 with your first weapon.
So there seem to be a lot of strategies that get you into the lvl 60 to 64. I just beat my personal best by getting to lvl 72. Here was my strategy: 2x Machine Gun (Quick - Duoble Quick - Machine Gun) right at the entrance. Then add 1x Missile Launcher (Heavy - Heavy - Missile) near the pizza. Work in all three upgrades to max. Then place a Ice tower (Heavy - Impact - Ice) right near the middle of the top left. Upgrade the ice fully... then start adding more missile launchers one a time and upgrade them fully. Make sure you focus fire on your last piece of pizza...
Someone who has spend a lot more time on this game than me should writeup a Turret-Tree letting us know what upgrade paths lead to what turrets. Also what turrets have a multiple bonus...
Couple of suggestion for the game dev... 1.I would like the "make all enemy fire the same color" to actually hold the color constant from level to level. Especially the cyan enemy fire, it really interferes with the burst drones... 2. I would like to have an achievement that would allow you to use more item and/or have the ability to choose which items gets deleted when you purchase a new one. Great Game 5/5
Who are people using to get the 10 second continuous rear wheelie? I have tried mr.c but that damn tough... seems like the only place to do it is right at the start.
Nice feedback Rich. I will let you know how my pure Gem theory works on those harder levels. I am lvl 58 working on lvl 42 maps. I spent the time leveling up the easier levels so now I have some skill points to play with. I consider the choice between pure and mixed as one that you HAVE to make at this point. My feeling is that later on, I would rather just build more towers (with max tower cost skill that I don't have now) than mix gems. The thing that I hate most about this game is that too often I am Lime/Yellow color blind...
Couple of tips for everyone having difficulties with this phun game:
1. Skills that help all gems are better than skills that help only one. Max the skills in the bottom right. Along with the more mana per kill and less mana for combining and creating.
2. You should never make a mixed gem. Pure gems retain much more bang for thier buck.
3. Towers >> traps.
Take you time and have fun.
Have you guys actually played with the Titans... they suck... for the amount of time that it takes to get them, they die REALLY easily to any counter attack. They need to get a serious buff...
Quadcentruo - your strategy for cave 5 must be a joke. Phoenix strike is useless. Just go all land and you don't even need spells. Having 70ish land units by the time you attack the final goblin keeps him busy long enough for you to murder the cave. IMHO Cave 4 was harder... no easy tricks there...
2 Suggestions:
1. Make getting cards quicker in ranked games. (played over 40 and got 1 card)
2. When you do get a card, you should be able to choose from a selection of 3(?) random cards that you do not already own.
