Actually scratch that there's no bug, I'm just stupid. The 2 entrances at the bottom left of the main room lead to 2 different rooms. I failed to realize that.
Yep, it was definitely a bug @44Magdalene. When falling down first in Switch Flippers, you have to go right first in the level below. Going left first makes the level different and not doable. Probably not intended.
Same as chaindeath, appears I'm trapped in the level beneath ground, got a key, activated a lever, and came back up but there are spikes and then platforms I can't use because they go the wrong directions.
Looks like a bug.
Just beat the final boss, here are some tips.
Melee characters are highly inefficient there, because they lose time by running, that's why you need a team full of ranged characters. Moreover, they should have effects that boost life and attack power of the party (speed is not nearly as useful in this fight). You shouldn't need any grinding that way, especially if you neglected speed on your characters early on.
Here's the optimal team IMHO : Lawson, Boat, Dracula and Clone. Good luck and don't forget to upvote this comment if it was useful to you!
I'm surprised by your comment LordBucket, it seems you haven't discovered yet that you could change the speed of the dialogue scrolling in the options, or that you could be running twice as faster as at the beginning of the game (without even pressing shift) by going in the "extra" part of the menu after playing the game a bit. Your comment is completely inaccurate actually, this game isn't slow AT ALL once you have discovered that.
FINALLY got this impossible badge. Definitely completely luck based, had to restart some levels hundreds of times to succeed. I would definitely advise anyone to skip this badge, even if he has already like easy/medium achievements, unless he wants to suffer a lot. I began to go for this badge and when it became too bothering, I was feeling kinda sad to give up when I got so many ultimate achievements, but now, I guess I wouldn't do it if I had the choice to rethink of it >_<
Seriously, how some people got this impossible badge ? Were they cheating or what ? Getting the ultimate achievement in some cases seems just impossible. I got ultimate in all levels until the 5th professional level, it feels like I've tried this level like a thousand times... The fun is ruined by the random IA that absolutely keep you from succeeding with your skills like said in previous comments.
However, if the game is played without the desire to get those "ultimate achievements" in every level, it is a really good game, thank you for creating it anyway :)
Hi, I'd like some help for the end of this game. I'ù an archer, and when I get the heartstone which gives huge boosts to my stats, I dont have any more quest and I am not sure how to finish the game and get the badge. I thought I had to kill the black council even though I had no quest telling me to do so. I tried to go in the enemy city to kill the black council, however, when I kill one of his members, he respawns like 10 seconds after I've defeated him... Is it normal ? I am level 38 and killing the black council with their respawn seems impossible to me.
Thanks to whoever will help me.
Okay guys, just spam the "R" key and let your finger on the left button of your mouse. Congratulations ! You now have unlimited ammo ! Plus this comment to let other people know.
Just make an agile Stark one, and max out his speed to be nearly invulnerable and his slash to be very effective with swords. After speed, i would say to go for precision to avoid missing your attacks. Then, increasing your strength / bodybuild will change you into the best fighter ever. You'll dodge A LOT, almost every time, especially if you're not wearing any body armour and you will deal good damage with two swords. Actually, I managed to beat the game very easily with this build, the different boss weren't even challenging... (rate this comment up to let other people know)
