Here's the solution for lvl 38.
1. Turn power on
2. Use teleporters and heater to fire both cannons
3. Hamster on E2, Laser on L11, Laser feeder on L3, Teleporter sender on K2, receiver on F9.
6. Make pushbot moving left.
