don't downrate games just cause you don't understand the concept, a headshot instantly kills (well fancy that) and the reason why you don't hit, is because theymove thier "mouse" up to block the attack, also how they can hit you sometimes even when you are blocking is a glitch, like walls you could shoot through by standing really close so the barrel of your gun sticks out in old Nintendo 64 games
