Conveyor belts in the "this is very hard" room, had the same issue as EDEU. Ghost started talking about how my death was very artistic, which locked controls and caused me to fall in a pit.

the Book of Rage (Barbarian's skill book) doesn't give any skill points on being picked up. I know all the mage books give 2 points in their school, and I believe Rogue gives 2 to stealth. I don't know about Ranger or Warrior, but it seems odd that Barbarian as a skill book gives nothing at all when you gain the class.
I'm not sure who's been tagging this game as 'Bullet Hell' but they really need to go play some proper Bullet Hell shooters. If your character isn't covered in bullets at all times except for your pixel-wide hitbox (or including it, depending on how good you are at bullet hells), it's not really bullet hell. There are bullets in this game, but there's also long dry spells where there aren't any enemy bullets at all.
So, I've found a rather aggravating bug. For the ring artifact (turns Bride into Uma) none of the stat boosts that it says result actually apply. My kitten still has Bride stats in combat, even though the dressing room screen says he has Uma stats. (This essentially results in 8 lower power, 14 lower energy, and 12 lower speed than what he should have.) I haven't checked any of the other artifact combos, but this needs to get fixed.
The Frozen Tome is obtainable on the Curiosity Hardmode level. You need at least the speed boots to jump over the tower so you can get to them: they're a bit after the golden triangle. If you want to get out, however, your options are respawn or go for them with the winged boots.
The specials are grossly unbalanced in my opinion. Effectively in any stage past the first you pray for Bolt or the Brute, as everything else has the aggravating tendency to die regardless of how upgraded it is upon a single pistol shot from a cop, or the accidental impact upon barbed wire. If you're good (and have high speed and don't get shot instantly) Charming can work out pretty well, but Swag is utterly useless (along with the annoying control scheme), Puker kills humans before you can reach them to actually get health/money, and the Bomber is effectively identical to the standard as its special lends practically nothing to a run.
I find it interesting how the tractor trailers can go at 120+ MPH, along with every other car on the road and a News Copter, while your motorcycle can hope to achieve ~70 with a boost, or 28 normally. (And of course, all of the vehicles apparently have a variable limiter chip setting their top speed to always be slightly faster than the zombies...)
Seriously, those hockey mask zombies are ridiculous. As far as I can tell, the only way to actually kill them is to put a ridiculous number of shots into just above their mask in the hairline, which is practically impossible, or put rounds through the eye-holes of the masks, which is also ridiculously hard. I unloaded a full shotgun clip into one of their faces and it was completely fine, then proceeded to jump into the Jeep and kill us.
I know people are complimenting the Halloween update... but do those ski mask zombies annoy anybody else? Especially early on, when even with your low-level shotgun it takes three blasts to the head to kill them.
I would also like it if we could see the base stats (health, attack range, defense range) while selecting characters, and perhaps a more detailed tooltip on the skills so that we know exactly how they work. As it is, I'm not sure if Inspiration is bugged or not, as it doesn't seem to change the damage range of the heroes. Lay on Hands seems to heal people not next to the cleric upon use, and I'm not sure how to select someone to use it on. Relating to that, skills like summon skeleton or Lay on Hands I'd like to be able to choose where the skeleton is summoned to or who I heal.
So a few things: at the start of Act III for the Paladin it says "... today you will pass them for judgement.' I think it would probably make more sense as "today you will pass judgement upon them."
And while it would probably unbalance the game, could you consider having Thorns from holy shield work even if the enemy doesn't damage you? Or if you don't damage them? From a logic standpoint if they're failing to hit, it's in part because they're attacking your spiky holy armor. But I understand if the answer is no so as to not make Holy armor the most overpowered spell available.
Now for things of less import: typos.
Mission 8, the third goal (stun the boss on the tree stump 10 times) stun is spelled as stunn.
On the power-ups (the ones that upgrade things like the magnet or invulnerability) For the invulnerability powerup, strength is spelled as strenght.
Honestly, this isn't that important, it's just one of those small polish things you should eventually do before it goes into official release.
Also, as long as we're discussing new control schemes... the left arrow key doesn't seem to be in use, and I personally would prefer to tap that to instantly activate my super punch than holding down a normal attack key. This also eliminates the lag problem where rapid tapping could activate your super punch because the game registers it as you just holding down the key.
