I have to say, I like this much more than the first hexiom. Feels like there's a bit more logic to this one.
To anyone having trouble, just look at it one color at a time. Look for things that can't be moved or two pieces that can only be connected to each other and work from there. These puzzles look more daunting than they are.
Terrible game. Boring game-play, no tension, majority of the missions are things someone would go buy a handgun and take care of themselves, unrealistic... Well everything, and it should be at least somewhat reasonable that you should be able to finish a level on the first try (referring mainly to the gangster mission)
2/5
Interesting game, from Armor, this time around. I gave it a 4/5. Is it the best platformer out there? No. Is it the best rhythm based game? No. Is it the most fun game I've played? No. But it was something different, and I respect that. At the very least it's a solid proof of concept.
I'm happy this game is getting finally getting challenges. This game makes me anxious for the D&D online component to come out this fall... I wish it was easier to get a d20 gaming group together in my town.
I was extremely disappointed by this game, Armor Games is one of my favorite dev groups I see on here, and this was just amazingly boring.
1/5 I expected better. :(
Alright, here's how I got to level 50 failry quickly.
Make up your party of tank, cleric, mage, and ranger.
Up until level 15 or so, go for 100% per level and go with the best all around gear per character.
After that, move everybody but the tank to the back row. Put nothing but damage reflection on the tank, try and get as much lethality and stun gear on the ranger (power regen as well but not as important. You'll want to use hail of arrows every fight pretty much)
Int and power regen on the mage and the cleric, don't worry about attacking with the cleric just have him anoint if there's no healing to be done.
Make sure you at least fight the big group for the purple item every floor and you should be fine.
This and book of dread are probably the best games on the site! Great work! These challenges need to be put on Book of Dread, though. Level 50 would be much less tedious with shops, recommended gear, etc.
Flow was great fun, and it was nice to see a decent game inspired by it. I gave it a 5/5 due to the sheer amount of work that must have gone into the back end for this game
