If you could add another row of tabs for Resources one being energy, earth resources, inner planets resources, etc. Also, for the resource upgrades if you have an option to collapse/expand flavor text (default in settings) you could get most if not everything on one screen without scrolling. The same could apply to research and wonders. See kitten's game for ideas about how to fit a ton of stuff on a screen
