just click the fast forward button, then right click it. It holds the fast forward button down as long as you don't click anywhere else on the page...That's the best solution i have for the fast forward problem
start off the ramp... slightly point up...loss speed, then use thrust... instead of drifting, intensionally drop and pull up to a slight incline... and repeat drop and incline. i won it all with that
