Can you please change it so coins don't vanish after a certain amount of seconds? It's terribly annoying.

Good game, some times too easy and there should be a penalty for missing letters because you can just keyboard spam.

Found it! Options > Game Speed: 1x, 2x, 3x. Yay!
Yeah, i'm sorry for that. Hotkeys are '1/2/3' for that. Also press 'space' to launch next wave.
