I hope the first three are self-explanatory. Hard-save, well, hard-saves your game to lessen the chances of your game progress reverting, but this also causes a major lag spike in big saves, so you control how often it does. "Sync all tiles" syncs, well, every tile you have built buildings on, just like you were viewing all of them at once. Since it becomes a problem for end-game players I gave them an option to disable it too.
Hey it seems you put in a file that Unity (At least the version I'm currently running) can not read and that is why most people get the invalid data file error
