For those of you who are complaining, it isn't supposed to be an entirely accurate depiction of everything that goes on in a cell. If they had explained everything, it would take hundreds of levels. The difficulty of the levels is actually quite comparable to how difficult it is for cells to regulate everything at their level. The lessons aren't meant to be boring, they're meant to be (partially) educational. Finally, your difficulty with the game may just show that you can't multitask.
As LordPVA has said, the physics are broken to the point of impossibility on even the 30-point badge. The only way that people could have gotten the Impossible badge (which is quite fitting for this game) is to have spent over 200 hours on the game. It would be a very fun time waster if not for the stress of your tower toppling seemingly every other brick. 2/5, but if you fix the physics, it could easily get a 5.
