Can't play. First level gets stuck at "Click the superspeed power-up icon blah blah..." (Click on the power-up to continue) But there's no power-up button to click.

Basically, just build one nuke, and then when you can get damage ups, build a LOT of damage ups around it.
To improve upon that video, you can use combonlies to make 1 turret nukes, and replace the 3 in the middle of the damage ups with 3 nuke turrets.
@Pykrete: If you run into something, it does a LOT more damage than being shot. You can take 5k+ dmg in 1 hit from running into a boss or one of those bigger cubes.
Wargent: You have to complete the round in which you got 30k combo to get the card. This worked for a LOT of other ppl, so obviously you're doing it wrong. It's a lot more entertaining than most flash shooters imo.
@navyfield: The gun shoots literally straight at the target that it's locked onto, unless you manually aim off to one side of it. Dunno what you're talking about. Also, if you're having trouble hitting with the normal guns, try using missiles.
For the lvl 20 boss: If you're really good at dodging, use the t3 spread missiles (despite the other ones supposedly doing more damage, I find the spread do more) and the Azrael. If you find you can't dodge the shots too easily, I suggest the t3 beam weapon (highest damage output) and the Heimdall.
Some said you should unlock the secret weapon first and use it to beat lvl 20, but it isn't needed.
