I'm stuck.. i've cleared the arid lands but everything else is locked; i can't do sanctuary cause there's only 100+ people and there's no indication of what else i can do to progress. Tf is this..?
I found a glitch.. at the tutorial step 8/26 as a rogue, i cannot spend my attribute points. The + keeps blinking and i keep pressing on it but nothinig happens. I even refreshed the page and made a new character and it had the same result.. i'm stuck. It won't even let me click on anything else.

Sometimes you got to lose to keep moving forward! Just let them fight in Sanctuary, no matter if you win or lose you will ascend.
