I think we could also use keys for changing speed. I usually set it to 1 when I have to micro, but back to 3 when I've given a lot of orders and want to see them through.
The climbing part is insanely hard. Does everyone seriously think this game is easy? I mean, it was, until I got to that...but I simply can't do that. My hands hurt.
You don't need the RAM.(Last truck.) Bad Boy-Boss-Booster can finish just fine. Two UAVs at once get rid of missiles so you don't get any nasty surprises just because the laser won't turn. Put Booster in the lead so it keeps healing itself, get a couple of UAVs on each and just max the weapons.
If it weren't for that stupid badge, I'd have given the game 3/5 at least. I can see how it would be fun to eat everything. But taking down flying things is just a chore, especially if you miss a jump and one of them just speeds by, ruining the badge.
Just put all your money in fuel, then boost. Do buy the offensive grill upgrade. Do not buy the first levels of the first three upgrades, they're a waste of money, you can easily save up for the second levels even if you keep spending all your money on fuel. Never buy the gun unless you have absolutely nothing left to buy. You can finish the game in under half an hour.
How to get the easy badge without waiting: Do jobs non-stop, always raise only Energy. Eventually you won't be able to unlock the level 15 job. Go check the achievements, there are a couple of easy ones that give xp, like hitting the boss once. That should get you to 15. Keep doing jobs. You should ALMOST get to level 20 when you finish the level 15 job. Do a couple more achievements and it should be fine. Never raise another stat, never do PvP, only buy what you need to unlock jobs. You'll get the easy badge with max 2-3 minutes of waiting.(Which should be spent looking through achievements.)
There should be an Impossible badge for getting all the achievements.(Which includes all Day&Night brilliants.) It's easier than most Impossible badges(though not all) but takes a long time. They do have "endurance" badges now and then, and if just "finishing" level 21 somehow counts as a Hard; this counts as an Impossible.
Isn't the chicken scroll supposed to remove the enemies' abilities? If the Iron Guard is still fearless after being turned into a chicken, then what the hell good is it?
Even if you lose a stage, you get the xp for your kills plus your skill bonus. The last stage has a base xp of 80k. It's extremely difficult, and I have no hope of finishing it at this level, but simply failing it gives huge amounts of xp. On my last try I killed 88% of the enemies, +25% from skills, giving me over 90k and TWO LEVELS for losing. And much faster than beating an older level.
@tribaltroublelol I'm sure that strategy wouldn't work in multiplayer, it's too convoluted, but it's a very easy way of getting all the badges. Just finished the Titan's Arena with it with my eyes closed.(Started with a Mind Master every battle.) Even in Very Hard it's not impossible to set up some of the time, although don't try it if the AI keeps raining damage.
@a_big_favor: Click View Help in a fight, click Index, click Holy creatures and spells and keep flipping the pages from there. Though I admit this is not an "easy" way.
ChronoEngine gives you the ability to play two cards per turn, and +1 Time mana every time you skip a turn. This means you can play one card and skip the other to get the mana, or skip twice to get 2 mana. TimeStop prevents the enemy from playing cards for a turn for 4 Time mana. Right now I have two Mind Masters, so I get 3 of every mana every turn. I skip one of my "turns" for the 4th Time mana and play TimeStop for the other. The Dragon King just sits there while my creatures pummel him. This may have been slightly overpowered.
Thanks for writing this guide for everyone! :)
