how to have a sacred horn ?

For the "oak burrow quest" in crossroads : need to clear the first room of the "hollow log dungeon" or "broken log dungeon" (lvl 11). But but but... nobody in this dungeon. How to clear an empty dungeon ? metaphysical question.
