I repeatedly get an error message on the second level of the second area after defeating the final wave. it wont advance beyond this point. Additionally weaknesses seem to work in the opposite way described in the text (counter clockwise rather than clockwise). There also seems to be a slight bug in the energy counter in favour of the player where each time I level up I gain ~50 energy rather than refilling leaving if like 300/50 energy.
Besides this I like the art, and see it is an honest attempt to improve on the toxic f2p model used by many games. Combat is a bit simple though, and the progress system feels very grindy...

To pass the door with the turret behind it in the area right after the first red switch you have to go one room down, one room left, and one room up to find the corresponding red switch. The doors from room to room are hard to spot but they are slightly darker than the surrounding walls.

Ive got the same book and built the same game. The new hut art was a nice touch however..
If you upgrade the spread, then damage, then rate of your first gun you pretty much end up with a massive wall of death. Beat most levels so far without moving my aim :p
Great game! It would be nice if the background changed to show some kind of progress and if upgrades were reflected in the way the tripod looks. Maybe in TA2!
