This is a nice little game, it's quite a challenge but it can be beat.
It certainly deserves badges and I think it would be a good candidate for badge of the day.
Kudos for the 'much needed spaceships and explosions'.
A little more documentation would help though, I added to PhoenixW's comment about removing bases before spotting the recycle symbol (facepalm), and after building a deck I played twice with pre-built decks before spotting the '>>>>' thing.
