Get to zone 102 and you will find someone lying on the floor next to the thief. Talk to him and fight the Ascender who will talk you through ascending :)
Hi, I am aware of this issue. Copied from my previous comment: There are two workarounds currently (1) Leave the game window visible in a small part of your screen so it runs at full FPS. If you really cannot do so, try option (2) Go to settings and tick "Auto Pause", which will give you offline progress while the browser tab is unfocused. Note that offline progress is still not as good as method (1). I am currently revamping the offline progress feature and implementing a new 'Time Capsules' feature which hopefully will make offline progress more interesting and meaningful.
