Suggestion: A toggle for "cool down periods" to use exchangers to pull more heat from coolant cells, and direct heat to vents/reactor.
And an "Active period" where exchangers act normally balancing heat between all adjacent compnents, and more oft pulling heat from reactor and dumping into coolants/vents.
Agree'd on SA1991's comment.. Even as such, there being an adjacent tile with 0 heat (vents), it should be trying to balance that more effectively, along with the high storage capacity of coolants 180b in the case of the final cooling cell easily holding onto 30-90b after hours of "cool down period(no active reactors)" Also a curiosity, not 100% sure if exchangers work similarly on "top" and bottom of course only seems to eject/absorb reactor heat, but will also melt certain components. Haven't quite figure out if since it's then "direct" heat to melt components if it's worth having a vent on the underside of an exchanger. Also, reactors seem to disperse "direct" heat in all directions except diagonally, however an exchanger will acquire extra (direct) heat from being on a diagonal in closer proximity to an active reactor.. not sure if this is intentional.
