Nice game, but you've got some weird issues with your monitization and card distribution.
Progression beyond level seems insanely slow, and the tiering system for cards is really bad. Plus, your costs and experience system discourage people from buying new champions. I think I've pvped one none starter champ since I started.
This is easily the best game I've ever played on Kongregate.
It actually does a wonderful job of teaching critical thinking and philosophy as well as just being fun.
I LOVE this game and will recommend it to my friends.
You need a better ending. Maybe you have to fight someone or whatever, or maybe it'll show what kind of god/hero you turn into based on your stats. As it stands it doesn't feel like there is any difference at all when you finish the game.
With all the enemies coming from a single direction at a single level of height, the biggest challenge of the game is clicking the mouse button - I could actually do most of the game wtih my eyes closed.
You might want to try a partially overhead perspective so that you have to aim, and consider autofire to save players from carparal tunnel syndrome.
