Glitch, anything above 2nd floor is useless.
Noone wants to use the elevators, they just want to complain.
Doesn't matter how I upgrade.
It's also glitching so that i can't build anything in place of rooms i've destroyed.
Not cool.

You can't have a character who's unarmed.
Equip something else in it's place, or if you're trying to sell it to get something new, go grind for a bit.
