Listen, you. For the effort you went through for this prank, I expect a working version of this game tomorrow. How long we've suffered waiting to wreak our terrible, flightless vengeance on the ice a third time!
This game really looks interesting... But it's very disappointing that there hasn't been an update yet. Please, update your game! We're all waiting.
(I know the Dev's handle is LazinessStudio, but this is a bit much...)
After running some quick calculations, I appear to have used a giant robot to fire this creature some 400 miles.
Assuming the counter is in feet, of course.
I can see having a bonus for a full item set... But why remove the bonus if you add an extra item? Seems like 3 item sets shouldn't punish you for adding a 4th.
What I am noticing is that while JustinDark and vincentp are right, and defense is WAY op, don't neglect attack while maxing defense. I'm midway through the beach zone, and the snoroceros is proving tough... Only because I can't hit it.
"Nurse, I seem to have left some sharp metal bits embedded in the patient's chest cavity. What are those?" "From the left table?" "Yes." "Oh, those are fake scalpels. They're really more like thumbtacks." "... They're not coming out, are they?" "No, 'Doctor'."
One thing I like about this game is that it doesn't punish you for missing yellows... In fact, the easiest way to get the "hard" badge is to play carefully. Grab the safe yellows, and don't take chances. Cleared 2 million comfortably that way, with a multiplier over 100.
Wow. I read the comments, or some of them, before I even played the game, and I still wasn't prepared. I'm not a jumpy kind of guy... But I jumped. Several times.
I agree with a lot of the comments here- the eight bit graphics were a very good medium for the game, and managed to convey a creepiness I honestly didn't expect. That, and the eerie music, along with the lucid dreaming theme, created a game that had me edgy in broad daylight.
Honestly, and much to your credit, there are large budget games released in the "Horror" Genre that don't scare me this much. Well done. Would have been 5/5 even without a badge.
Needs a badge. Maybe just an easy one, titled "Yeah, you really played it." or something. Very original game design, full marks, and challenging to interpret without becoming aggravating. Unusual AND impressive, also full marks. I almost hate to talk about re-playability in such an otherwise glowing review, because this game has very little. I mean sure, the game was awesome the first time, but all the mystery is gone the second time though. Overall, not too bad though, and well done. 4/5
I gave this game a 3/5, personally. While it was an interesting twist on the classic, I felt this game could have used a bit more plot, and keyboard control. I think the mouse control was about the only thing that held this game back... rated it 3/5 because work was obviously put into the game, and it may just be my opinion keeping it from being a favorite of mine.
This game was absolutely fantastic. The number of meanings that could be found in this game is just incredible.Wether you interpret the boat as Charon's vessel across the River Styx and into the afterlife, or wether you interpret this as a strange waking dream from a comatose state, the findamental aspect of the game remains both wonderous and chilling.
I had very mixed feelings about this game- It was innovative, but once you discovered how to make your virus reproduce like a rabbit, it was easy to simply overwhelm your opponenst. all in all, however, it was fun and addictive, and it didn't just drag on and on forever. 4.5/5
