ERROR 2032 IS A STREAMING ERROR. THE MOST LIKELY CAUSE IS THAT JIGGMINS SERVERS HAVE SHUT DOWN OR ARE OFF LINE. THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT :)

I wanna know why i can hit someone with a l;aser 3 times in a row and they wont fall down. they were all perfect hits. Cost me a race more then onece cause the laser didnt work.
Go into the bosses body after you get a forceshield and shoot at him from in there. The bullets will miss and you kill any enemy that tries to hit you while in there.
