i.e: BEHOLDERS ARE OBSCENELY OP!
Other OP cards, albeit not on the obscene end: Lizardman Scientist, Lizardman Shooter, Fire Warden, Warlord, Royal Guard and nearly all the "Scouts" (Bandit Scout is actually underwhelming). Orc Scout takes the cake over all other scouts.
Underpowered: The aforementioned Bandit Scout, Trainee Archer (although they're dirt-cheap to summon and have some uses), Barbarian (Legendary my @$$!) Vampire, Vampire Hunter, Reaper, Stalker, Skeleton Knight, Royal Guardian (not to be confused with the OP, Golden-axed Royal Guard), Zombie, Floating Sword, Royal Spearman, Crusader, Orc Grunt, Stone Golem, Forest Archer, Sacred Pact, Werewolf Alpha and many more.
4- A really minor one happens when you confront Martoo the Sinner and he has The Killing Moon active AND has the Necromancer out on the field, as sometimes both are activated and may spawn a blank white silhouette instead of a Skeleton... like a wall with only 1 HP. It's not entirely useless, but still dissapointing.
And that's not counting the balance issues of some cards.
Anyone here has an idea of how to fix the bugs here? I mean, this game was awesome in 2011 and it's still awesome in 2020... but now I'm worried about the bugs
1- When 2 opposing creatures with Damage Reflection are pitted, and one receives damage, this game CRASHES (Blue Ninja, Wolfpack Priest, Dark Knight, Mindflayer Soldier, etc.)
2- Ascended One has the same icon as Mechanic (it is supposed to be "Golem Slayer - 200"... a lesser version of the Mechanic's bonus, but still useful), but it really has no bonus (for a long time I thought this having something like Mageslayer or Undead Slayer would make sense... but no cigar)
3- Golem Salvager's special trait does JACK $H!T. (Still a decent fighter though)
For everyone who is seeking for that elusive "Kamikaze" award:
1- Play aggresively, trying to become the one that has the most territory
2- If you already are the one at lead with 4+ cards in your frontiers, make sure to thin'em making some calculated mistakes
3- When your frontline territories are thinned, end your turn
4- Go to the CENTER of the map, so you get surrounded
5- HAVE PATIENCE! It's a bit luck-based!
Can you please fix some Daily Lottery issues? This is my third day in a row playing this game (cool concept and executen BTW) and only got ONE free spin.
I think I found a couple of bugs. When you activate the "broken sword" fire spell and the "ice shard" water spell, they force you take an extra turn AND lose all bonuses obtained to attack and defense when dealing the end-of-turn typical blow. Also, when you complete the mana required for 2 or 3 spells at the same time, only one of them activates, and the other is "delayed" to the next turn.
Still, the concept is great and some guys are pretty narrow-minded to not understand the upgrade "hints" in the images. Also, some others are too harsh when downrating this game
I'd still give it 3.2/5... rounded down to 3
