The only thing flash can do now awadays is bog down you computer for 15 seconds until it gives you the chance to abort the code. In what way are we sure this is “GameTap” the service, and not some troll. I notice the majority of people mentioning a virus in the SF2:CE that was posted. Not to mention why would GameTap post here? They got their own service they’re currently running into the ground.
Adding Street fighter was the greatest idea ever i <3 The series and also hope to see GameTap to upload atleast ONE more classic…perhaps Super Ghouls n Ghosts?
How about adding the classic Capcom arcade game U.N. Squadron? For two players it would be a lot of fun. I own the SNES version and it does not stack up as well.
Also, how about adding two other shooter classics, 1943 and Konami’s Gradius III for SNES. It’ll help you advertise your classics!

One more control-related thing… can you modify your emulator to take left+right to mean “I’m not pressing left or right”. Same thing for up+down. This exception isn’t covered in Street Fighter’s code as it was physically impossible to hit both of them together. On a keyboard, it’s a different story.
This is an amazing recreation of street fighter in flash. Great job and this will deff. be one of my favorites. Is the engine completely recoded in flash? Is so, pretty incredible accuracy!
