You should add a limit to the power you can shoot with. By simply dragging it outside the screen, It's possible to shoot through characters due to the power it traves at - I'm pretty sure this also makes the drill missiles OP, 'cause their impact still remains ( as for what I'd take a guess at ) as you travel through a planet.
Overall, the game is great and I'd love a multiplayer and a skip-turn button for the singleplayer version ;D

Looking great! Saving is essential though. Also, it says the arrow up key, (well, "") would make you jump, but it doesn't. Only "w" does it.

There could be various factors.
The save data isn't stored online, and thus, delleteing the .sol file will result in you loosing your data.
However, the .sol file delletion doesn't have to be done manually, as alot of cleanup programs offer not only a cookie cleaner but cleans every single no active use file under firefox, etc. Like CCleaner. (:
