Unfortunately, doesn't seem to feel as fun as the first (which I beat on Kong a ton of times, then bought on my phone and converted more people to loving it). The levels feel shorter, but that might be because now there are multiple path options. Paths that are cool...but ultimately worthless as your cash inflow is determined by your driving stats- so waiting to fall down a hole to move on is pretty counterproductive. Ads to buy the mobile app are annoying as hell as well; really makes it feel like the lack of real content additions in the "sequel" is to churn as much product out as possible and generate all the dollars.
Pretty decent for an idle game, clean and crisp presentation which is really nice. Income per sec meter is kind of annoying, mine seems to spaz constantly between my actual income per sec, double that, and a number that appears to be triple (with the two most common being the 2x and 3x).
Pretty fun, but insane mode gets a little lame by treating each boss separately. Being kicked back to the lab each time you win makes farming less enjoyable.
Pretty fun lil game, though the "challenges" were pretty irrelevant to my gameplay- sure, they gave me more cash, but very rarely did I actually do anything out of my way to go for them. Still, more fun than many of the games I've played lately.
The idiotic dexterity element of this game has me continually hoping there are never any badges for it. I feel like the developers never playtested that portion of the game as it is godawful. Here's a hint: setting stupid arbitrary restrictions on how to build the burger (random movement and having to drop from top of screen) isn't "fun", it frustrating.
Thankfully, I now that I have the badges there is no reason to come back to the game. Wondered why I had only the easy badge previously- tonight reminded me that this game has so many unpolished pieces that it's just downright frustrating.
Would enjoy the game if making the burger is so stupidly annoying. Bottles are held sidewise so it's a guessing game of where you should drop it; gurther, because the objects move in a semi-random way it's incredibly frustrating to try and get the burger created. Game would be waaay better without that stupid portion.
Would be far happier if game had an option to steer your character using WASD or arrow keys- I randomly miss stuff because laptop has a touchpad and there's no other choices.
I liked it. Similarity between it and Burrito Bison was very easy to spot, but it's not a bad thing to be like Bison. And as stated before, it's not like Bison was the first launcher either.
I rated a 4 because, as fun as most of the upgrades were, they also ruined part of the game. The Rocket Rider made zero sense (I'm like 2/10 on winning it and still don't know what the objective is), Sheep Plane doesn't have a challenge element, Glider I usually found near the ground and literally didn't have to click anything, and the shark would just dagger you- spamming the left click button means you're instantly using rockets or getting jacked by Biscuit Head.
I'd love to get to dream mode, but there's no way that I can think of to guarantee that I will get 3 baddies in a row. I'm not willing to keep playing enough to get that pieces.
I understand there's a lot of people hating on this game- but they need to stop getting all offended because they can't be perfect at everything. Game does get a little repetitive (I'm level 26), but just to the point where my leveling comes mainly from fighting zombies, going to do something else, then coming back for more zombies. Still donated to the game, and hope to see more expansion from it in the future!
To everyone looking for the last 6 (most likely): Try going to the top of the tower, doing a really quick dash and jump right away. There's a sneaky ledge above the blue gem over there that had my last 6 red gems.
Anyways, loved the game. Ending was a little bit of a let down just because of the graphic quality being less optimal than that of the rest of the game, but given that it's still far better than I could do, I can't knock down for it.
Needs a pause button, plus a way to turn of the idiotic thing that appears at the top every time you hit a ball. It doesn't do anything relevant and was just annoying.
Who you hit seems to be based on what is biggest/random half the time. That wouldn't always be bad, but when I'm down to 1 huge dude and 1 normal guy, with the normal guy at 5% health and the other at 100%, the ball seems to go after the guy at 100% and my bat hits the one at 5%. Very annoying to lose because of it.
There needs to be an explanation as to what the skill points do, and the yield on the sweet spot needs to be increased. I can hit the ball in what appears to be the same spot twice in a row, both times on the bounce upwards, and one time it will be a fast line drive and the other will be like a pop fly that misses everything.
Army size on normal is stupid small. It took me forever to capture my first town just because their guys are all better than yours, and the army is kept so small that many of the special attacks (like the mult-bowshot thing) are worthless. I can understand it being small in the beginning, but maybe allow your army's size to scale with the number of place you capture? I'd be much more inclined to play through if I knew every town I took over would give me +20-50 guys. Seriously, I don't even really get to buy new guys, I either crush the other side (and can buy 1-3 guys), or I lose. Woo Hoo.
Holy Tribunal just randomly stops working for me. Additionally, even though I have it at level 5, it only does 150 instead of 250 for damage. I think I've had one battle where it did as much as it should.
I could stand the not doing as much if it actually worked though. Instead, when I go into any larger scale battle (like the ones for a town), it goes off like 3 times, and then stops. VERY IRRITATING!! I essentially wasted 15 skill points.
Discarding should not be random or however it currently works. I have yet to not lose one of the cards that I'm trying to hold onto- in a 3 card hand I could understand it, but when I've got 7 it gets really annoying.
I seem to not be getting badges. McJeeppunch was beaten with a score of 2400 (man it's fun to hit the red jeeps too) and beat Sparta but have yet to get the badges.
Game was fun, but felt like the window might have been a little too small, especially at the boss fight. I couldn't beat him simply because I'd slash, he would jump, and by the time I could pan over and try and slash him in the air he was back down. Additionally, a life total for him might have been nice- I'd score hits on him, but had no clue if I was almost there or not. All in all, cool concept, just some small problems, 3.5-4/5
