and maybe some xp for killing monsters (reason more to stick around and kill 'em all) and developing skills

MOAR mini games. more available solutions. more skills. and DEFENCE! there should be a way to enhance your defensive effort during the game (maybe by solving quests). also containers should give random power ups (especially the ones with greedy door)

Please consider making powerups selectable, and with more of them you'd make the game more replayable. I'm thinking manual level ups with our own choosing of skills, but then there would be more skills than we could chose in one game, thus opening up the possibility of beating the game in more than one way.
