I would recommend showing the current value of the items you are upgrading on the UPGRADES screen. That way you see the effect and can spend your gold wisely.

Mouse scroll doesn’t work at all. Click and drag scroll gets stuck. Scroll bar gets stuck.

Click & drag scroll is fine working, but mouse scroll is terrible slow.
