There's no quality-control, unless it's on the menu and I passed it by. Or I'm blind. I tried clicking the small Q in the bottom corner and nothing happened, except my penguin shooting at it. There's no way to get back to the root menu in-game, without refreshing, and apparently it saves, but it doesn't say that anywhere.
