As some have mentioned could use a way to pause perpetual skills instead of removing all cells. Also I've run into some sort of bug glitch that now whenever I open staff I can't change to any of the other tabs without reloading.
After importing save because I wasn't sure if the game itself would save when I refreshed (it didn't) I lost all of my bonuses from buildings, and probably from the minion boost.
If you're gonna be working on more settings, I'd suggest adding a thing that stops the perk up windows from either coming up or making to have to click okay.
Also upon graduating for me at least, the muted music/sounds come back on every time.
I ended up finding a couple bugs. Like having Oz in your apartment, you can't pass through to the next day without time-jumping back and forth to continue the conversation with him the next day. A couple spelling errors, I didn't make a note of them but I remember one being 'seem' instead of 'see'.
