The game is broken because of a Unity Web Player update. All the developers need to do is recompile the game with the latest Unity beta, and it'll work perfectly. They're probably just sleeping and didn't know (Unity should let developer know when they're doing updates that'll break live games), but it'll be back up as soon as they're awake.
"Suggestion to a new investment; Gaming Company. Why Not? ^^" Because the programming on the math for that investment would be all of the place, and impossible to predict. Most game developers don't earn that much, and it sure isn't anything consistent that can be turned into an algorithm :D
What is up with the mass down-voting of legitimate questions / comments? I had a completely normal question about the game design, with -8 - what gives?
When you spend angels on upgrades, do those angels get dropped back into the pool of angels you can earn on your next playthrough? What I mean is, the first 100 trillion you earn will give you "easy" angels, if you spend angels, do you get those easy angels back, or can you only get them by reaching new, higher earnings, essentially lowering your maximum angels?
I'm not playing it (or rating it) simply because of the name. I've been playing Dragon Quest since before it was Dragon Quest, when it was Dragon Warrior on the NES. Seriously, do a bit of research before you name a game and release it. If it's an honest mistake, now you'll know better than to not Google the name of your game name idea, if you did it on purpose, shame on you.

Yeah, sounds like you're having some minor issues. The final trophy IS NOT a platinum trophy; we're smarter than that :)
The final Trophy is special, and shows up on the main menu as well.
The music is named "Tower of 8-bit Greed". It was composed by my friend Mike Taylor specifically for the game. You can download it at the below link, be sure to vote and leave him a review if you do!

Glad to see you took my suggestions into account and added them right away, kudos to you for that (Porter from Newgrounds). Hopefully you see a better score here. Game plays much better with the new updates, It's good classic fun in my opinion. Good luck with the ratings, fun game.
This game is excellent. The level design is top notch, no better level design could possibly be done with such a small area. The challenge presented in this game is amazing, it's not even cheap, it's all very possible, with extreme skill. Definitely one of my favorite flash games, great job bringing back that classic feel.
Just finished the game, pretty fun. It's a lot like neon maze, but has enough new features to make it original and entertaining. Great stuff, keep it up.
"I think it is so funny how many people do not get the idea of this game lol. "
Thanks, as one of the creators of this game, I find it a bit frustrating seeing people not get the concept of this game. It's not just a normal platformer, it's hugely based off of the greed mechanic, YOU as the player decide when it's time to quit, when you die (passed floor 5) it's your own fault. Sure we used excellent retro mechanics and refined the game a ton, but the greed concept is the most important, and a lot of people aren't getting that. Thanks to all who do however, I'm very pleased to read comments from those who understand what exactly is going on here.
The pop up link when pressing restart is a glitch, it's being taken care of right now and should be gone momentarily.
Neat game though, I feel that the lasers could have gone a bit faster to speed up the gameplay, but aside from that it's a great puzzle game. Nice music as well, I'm liking the neo funk if I might call it that.
Hah, I'm glad to see that the "Greed" element of this game is getting the best of many of you. As the level designer of the game, I worked really hard to make sure to temp you all into near certain death, you can hate me if you must :)
haha, it's always the next door. I must say, I did a very fine job with making temptation drive you to go to the next door area. Glad you're all enjoying it, thanks for the reviews.
I'm one of the developers of the game, thanks for all the comments. I'm not sure on the exact rules for the badges, but we've set it all up on our end in our account. If Greg decides to put in medals, it's all set up for him to do so, so just keep enjoying the game, posting comments and be sure to rate it and we'll hope for the best. I've personally spoken to him as well, so he's well aware of the games existence. Thanks again for all the comments, glad you enjoy it so much.
The game is perfect, it's too hard for the average flash game player (even on the easiest difficulty), but that's a design flaw for this industry, not as a game designer in general. As a game in general, it's amazing, it's retro and it's a great challenge. The sword and gun combo is great, the levels look amazing, the music fitting beyond belief and it's just a ton of fun. Ignore the score and know that the real gamers, those that enjoy games like you get the real experience out of this game and you did an amazing job.
