3...2...1...Liftoff!
*some time later*
Houston, Rocket 01, engine burn complete, ready for parachute deploy.
Rocket 01, Houston: Fellas, just got the budget news from up top. Hope you all signed the waiver- we didn't get the funding this launch- it was chutes or fuel.
Cool, I got the light house working, I'll just run downstairs and see where the beam is pointing real quick... Or- maybe I'll just go back up shall I?
Seriously though, an enjoyable game. The 8-bit made the creepy things in black actually scary as my imagination did all the work that the graphics didn't. I was on edge most of the game, the various letter and eyes peeking out and such keeping me off balance. I also enjoyed the fact that I had to run away, the lack of a fight was an excellent choice for this style of game.
Just the right amount of puzzle action kept me interested but never truly frustrated, and the forgiving save points were much welcome as well, as I ran afoul of my friends in black. Well done, and I look forward to anything else you may put forward.
