First promotion for zoo is at 7200. Further, it gives the same money/second as the second promotion of Lifeguard, but Lifeguard only costs 3 time blocks and zoo cost 5. Since zoo will unlock after Lifeguard, it seems that there is definitely something wrong with the numbers for zoo.
