Had a tough time keeping survivors in the first half of the game but I managed to hold onto 15 by the end. found all but one machine gun even tough I searched through 5 weapons buildings without hitting anything. still gave it a 4 of 5 for being different.
I've played this game almost a dozen different times and it will not recognize the in-game achievements. I've gotten the other badges except for that one. anyone else have this problem?
Overall good game. Even though you die frequently there is fortunately no penalty for doing so.As other have said a map would have been helpful to at least remember where all the dungeon locations are. Other than that a solid 4
I love these kind of "defend the castle" games. I felt bad at the ending because even though I kicked butt and beat the final boss, we still lost and had to run away. That kinda irritated me. Why surrender after you beat their army?
My basic composition was a dual MG, a cannon (as a bullet magnet), a shield turret, and a decoy turret, plus a damage buffer if there was room. The shield turret keeps your main gun totally safe from all the small arms fire. For fun I'm trying a dual MG with the rest as shield turrets to see how well that will work.
I hate playing tower defense games but I love the Hands of War series so I thought I'd try it. Managed to beat it in it's entirety (hard badge) with a level 51 Warder Champion. Never even became allies with the merchants or mercenaries. Despite my distaste for this genre I enjoyed the game a lot. Now get back to making another Hands of War adventure game.
How is it I can be 2500 points ahead and the computer banks 4000+ to win, 3 games in a row. It just gets so darn frustrating. Other than that it's a fun, simple time killer.
Actually it is not a bug. There is bomb timer near level goal. You need to deactivate the bomb for 150 seconds or level would be lost.
