Fantastic, fantastic game. 5/5. The complex play modes are awesome, the story's great and tied in well with the "first" GemCraft game. Looking forward to the sequel. Finally beat this one and I'm glad there's solid replay value. Thanks!
This is a beautiful, beautiful game.
I'm a huge fan of the "Differences" games and this is more like playing a painting. Excellent, excellent job, Ivory. Thanks.
Fun game, but this is very, VERY laggy on my system. I don't know if anyone else is dealing with that, but it moves like molasses.
Other than that, I like the structure of the game! 4/5.
I like this game. A few minor tweaks (additional research levels, better information on towers, a sandbox mode and a few user interface features (such as a reset button).
Good God. What a brilliant, brilliant realization of the Portal concept into the flash environment. It just doesn't get better than this - NICE! Yes, it's hard... especially the mid-30's levels... but the reward is worth it!
I really love this game. I enjoy the artwork substantially. I think certain abilities are a little overpowered (hold rally, specifically) and should require something like having a second character (or maybe a third) in a state in order to secure it, or maybe control of at least one other "territory."
Two "bugs." One, when the fund raiser infuses funding to another target, it says "infuses finding." Second, when a controlled territory is attacked, it says in the chat log, " blasts no name for X damage". Having this be a littie more clear (Midwest Territory, for example) would be a good move. 5/5!
I really enjoy this game but, essentially, once you get the rocket-lazer combo, as long as you keep building them you won't be beat. I'm currently on wave 170 and I've been able to walk away from the keyboard a few times as I'm just stockpiling cash at the moment. Layering the BigDamage+ towers pretty much makes your lazer-missle towers absurdly strong.
I argue this is a different kind of game than DTD. The basic premise is the same but the setup is very different. DTD, I would argue, is significantly more challenging while this is rather fun to just watch.
I still love this game.
Good design for a game, and rather fun. Homeruns aren't too tough to get, but the "no strikes / no outs" rounds are pretty frustrating. Nevertheless, I liked the game for the most part - would recommend that you change "no outs / strikes" to a maximum of 2 outs or 2 strikes. But eh, I'm a whiney monkey. :D
I love and hate this game.
I enjoy playing it a great deal despite being not terribly good at it, which is why I hate this game - you make these massive putts that drive forever (I should've SS'd the 7-10k shots I've had) that end up right where you started - sometimes I want to punch the daylights out of my computer, lol.
I love the tracer option and it was a solid add - the addition of a "return to menu" button or somesuch would be perfect. Achievements are brilliant. Great game!
Loved this game and I'd love to see more. The simple appearance of the thing is beautiful. I've played through it dozens of times and am, like a few others, perfecting speed and on-the-fly "folding." Please, make more of this game!
