If a member was underage and now is not, nothing. One of kongs first mods was actually underage when he was moded. If they are underaged, but don’t say they are until they are actually 13 or older, again nothing.
The underage thing is United States law,. If it wasn’t a federal law, kong wouldn’t ban users based on their age itself.

And Tao is keeping DM1 for a while, we share! As I’ve made it clear to anyone who asks I view DM1 being ‘owned’ by everyone that helps take care of it, users and mods, Tao just has the title for now.
Basically what Andyroo said. If someone makes an account when they’re 12 and we find out they’re 12, they have to get reported/banned. If someone makes an account when theyr’e 12 and nobody finds out until they’re 13, we have no legal obligation to ban them. Before we didn’t know, and now it’s a non-issue.
Changing your sex is complicated, and I can’t remember all the details. You need Firefox and an addon called Firebug to do it, though. I’m sure you could find a guide by searching with the searchbar, but I’m far too lazy. :P
