Clock timers in the game are wrong. Skill cool down timer says 10:00. Right on the screen. With a stopwatch on my phone, and an egg timer, the skill actually takes ~13 minutes to cool down. Also, cool down on SnoMon building doesn't work properly. I dunno if it is tied to the game being active or not, but I started the cool down timer at 11 PM last night. At 4 AM it still had over an hour to go. So...the clock on this game isn't on time.
