Customers need brain transplants. If my shop is filled with disaplys for Herbs, Poitions, Scrolls, and clothing... don't come in and ask to buy a shiny new sword. I cannot recall the last time I walked into a clothing store and asked to buy a cheeseburger.
I've a shop full of neat things that a customer will like. What do they ask for? A knife. Not the nice "level appropriate" item that they end up buying after I suggest it. No, they want a knife.... seriously?
Would be nice if it didn't kick you off the server so quickly while afk... especially since I have to wait for my stamina to refill and have better things to do than sit and watch my stamina bar.

Bah... had to kill 300 sellswords in order to get ally status for that last merchant quest in the top corner... the quest is to kill 30 more. And please fix that easy badge. Sure, only 5 points... but they're MY 5 points :P
Scoring system seems wonky... knock over the entire castle and still manage to get 0 points for the flag which has fallen over and 0 points for the king crushed under all the rubble.
Try to clean the cache?
