Did some testing, just to help with the confusion, ROULETTE IS BETTER THAN NUCLEAR REACTOR! Only the killer shots though ofcourse. By itself roulette is a little over 2 times better, but with the max top speed possible it's about 1.6 times better.
Playing the game thinking "HAH I KNEW HELL PORN OCCULT WOULD DO WELL!" and then going "Oh, maybe Rebellion Chocobo Vampire might even be better than Hell Porn Occult"
