@Holy2334 @melzaru To add on to Holy2334's comment, it is still possible to get beta. They simply removed the button to buy beta in the 'shop' however it is still possible to retrieve beta via another method other than the shop. Buying beta is still in the game source code, but Chris (yes, Chris asked MrShoe to remove it, not MrShoe or MrVoid) removed the button in the shop to buy it. It's still possible to buy with some complicated codey thingy-ma-jiggy.
@Monshraider Read my comment carefully again.. one gem a month is NOTHING. What, 1 classic item each 2 years? That's... worthless. What I said is for 5 gems a week if you actually play the game for an hour or so. It would encourage players to play the game. Mons, you have a flaw even if it was implemented. "Oh, it's the first of March!" *enters EE* *collects the gem* *quits ee* It does nothing. It doesn't encourage the player to actually play the game; it has no purpose. Again, read my earlier post. You seem to have missed all the important parts....
Would 1 gem a month really be THAT useful? Getting what, like, 1 classic pack per 2 YEARS? That's... quite frankly, basically nothing. I would prefer perhaps a system something like playing Everybody Edits for an hour each week gives you a few gems, say, 5. That way it not only encourages users not just to enter the game, collect gems and quit (as a daily reward) because the flaw with that is that the users are basically getting gems for free, and what's the point of that? Get the users to play the game, and as a reward for playing the game for 1 hour, have some gems. Of course, you'd have to actually play the game, and not just afk in a level.
No, I do not agree with you, Big. The whole reason that magic depletes is to make you keep playing the game, an incentive. Adding this feature that you requested is counter-intuitive.
world. Most likely the world is a "cliche" world, anyway. All good worlds that are not zombie worlds have zombie pots turned off. Potions? What?! They allow more possiblities! Puzzles that require potions... what harm? If there's a puzzle that forces you to use pot, get out of the level. They do no harm, only positive. Charon: If you hate zombies and they are in the world, get out of the world. What I say to the people who dislike the zombie potions: GET OUT OF THE WORLD YOU'RE IN. NO-ONE IS FORCING YOU. And hey; most good worlds have zombie potions turned off; Delusional Valley, A Dreary Day, just to name a few. All the worlds in the "Featured" tab. Basically, if you complain about zombie pots, you're probably in a crappy world that's boring and not fun to play. Thank you.
I do understand all of your replies to me regarding my comment. Here are my replies. Yes, ninja smiley is invisible, I forgot. Thanks; for the most part there is no difference. 4aty1: Heh, good rebuttal! I love you. My reply: Oh hey, beta is removed. Do I care? Absolutely. I hate this change and absolutely agree with you. But the others? No way! Classes: C'mon, what? They don't do any harm. Sure, you have to get to higher classes to get items, but the only thing that matters *much* is the blocks and worlds, which are all possible to get at class 1. So, you heard it here first folks, NO-ONE IS FORCING YOU TO GET TO A HIGHER CLASS TO GET SMILEYS. I disagree with removal of beta, however are indifferent about BC, BC does no harm; removal of beta does. Zombies? Eh? I... am quite indifferent. Sure, they can ultimately troll and kill you.. and stuff... but seriously, if there's zombies and you don't like it, just quit a-
WALL OF TEXT COMING UP: Everyone, do not complain about the new updates. There, sure, could be a reason to, but hear me out here. Games evolve, have updates, that inevidently always a a small group of people who whine because of the new update. Games evolve. They update. Nothing you can do about it. If you don't like the update, you are entitled to have a good and constructive argument as to why, the update should be reversed. In this case in EE, Charon, you do realise smileys are useless, and are only for purée decoration? Ninja doesn't get special powers, just looks different. As for the classes; who cares? All they do is allow you to get potions and some lousy smileys. Most smileys are locked at level 6. Guess what? I'm not even trying and I am class 11. Deal with it. *****TL;DR: Updates come, haters gonna hate.*****
Animated blocks sounds awesome! We could even have one that has two states; block and background. so you'd have to time jumps, because every 5 seconds it changes from block to background!
@AnaKrakatau I'm just going to reply for the sake of it. What defines a "comment"? On google, here, it says a remark expressing an opinion or reaction. All past comments by me, Holy and Mons were all "opinions" and they were all "reactions" My reaction to the invisible portal update. Mons trying to get his opinion, that they shouldn't. Does that not justify? They are all opinions. Of course, I do understand why you want me to PM instead; it clogs up the comments. I'll do that in the future. *****Invisible portal's price should be higher. Why, you might ask? Because they are more useful; they are a speciality, and that's what makes them invisible. Opinions?
Mons, I did say to read carefully... they are more valuable, and even if they're not new, they'll still use them instead of regular. Think of it like this: What things can you do with a reg portal than an invis? Nothing, really. WAT can you do with invis compared to reg? A lot. A whole heap of a lot. Besides, invisible portals are cheaper. 2x cheaper. You get two invis portals when you buy it. Don't object, I have bought one myself and that is proof. Once again, please read my comment carefully before replying, since you're simply rebutting against me with the same reasons.
Holy, you do have a fair point. Sure, it's really preference, but not pure preference. It is more useful; as I said before: Would you rather invisible armour, or regular? The portals are the same. The invisible portals have an advantage. Like, seriously, now everyone's going to buy invisible portals now, and no regular portals. It's called yin and yang, we need to BALANCE the portals so that the regular portals are just regular; and the invis portals are a speciality. Thank you, but please think this through before replying.
Good point, Mons. My point is that still, regular portals are regular, and invisible portals are invisible; it would make sense that the invisible cost more. Think about it carefully. Would you rather invisible armor, or regular/visible? Of course the invis gives an advantage, the enemy thinks you have no armor. So once again, think about it carefully.
@AndreiTan Ahh, but you see. They are more valuable and useful than regular portals. If you have a gold bar and a silver bar, wouldn't the gold bar be more expensive? It's the same case here. The invisible portal is significantly more useful and valuable, and so should be more expensive.
XD....
