@ledom you have a 3 day old base. Why would you expect it to be defensible? Also, you have a 3 day old base, of course the minor amount of carbon you get from base raids is more than enough. Come back again when you have everything leveled way up. I'm going to guess that the complaints will be the exact opposite: bases too hard to raid, not enough carbon to readily level stuff up...
Believe it or not, this is actually an incredibly complex thing to do. Unity doesn't support it, so you need to do a JavaScript work around. But you cannot open a window in JavaScript unless it was triggered by a user event without it being blocked by the popup blocker...
It would be nice if we could reload missions. Gets a bit tiring exiting prompts and scrolling back to the farm target. Also, some intel would be nice. Right now you can't really tell if you can win or not until it's too late. Maybe just show the level of the ships/modules you're about to attack? Lastly, any chance of getting some clan type action or events? It doesn't feel much like an MMO atm.
I think a fast forward button would be nice. For those moments when you have just one unit left, whittling away at some building. Better than staring blankly for 5+ minutes, at least.
Got raided for the first time -- by someone 20 levels bigger than me, no less.
Will cost over $50 USD or several weeks to restore my army. In the mean time I'm a sitting duck who can't do any of the missions. Not sure what the devs were thinking with this setup. You will *only* get whales, and without enough other players around for them to pick on it wont be many. Fix the army system so that it's not perma-loss after a single hit.... RM should only be to speed things up - not be the only option to play.
Remember you can always dodge the attacks of more experienced captains by hiding your precious crew in the Harbor. You should also try building a large army and fighting back, join a Brotherhood, or recruiting some shipmates to help you. Your game is best when you unite with others for enhanced social interaction.
If it weren't for the GoT branding/story I don't think this game would be very popular. I mean... it's micromanagement+click-and-wait+pay2win.. 3 things gamers hate rolled into one game. Resources should be auto-managed based on workers allocated, gold should be earnable and timers shouldn't be as long for most things except missions, IMO... Fix those things and this game would vastly better.
Pirates are meant to keep things interesting... Pirates will get an overhual this week, they need to be made better.
