Great game. Its a strategy game that actually forces the player to think and play tactically. Its the first game where Ive had to use a tactical retreat to gather my forces. I was forced to choose which territories to sacrifice, as trying to spread my forces too thin and save them all would result in losing all of them. I couldn't simply try to smash my way through my enemy with brute force. Maps 3-5 have required me multiple attempts to beat, and I have yet to conquer 5. This is a superb game, and I hope to see more like it. The only complaint I have, is that spawn location, and more importantly, spawn location relative to A.I. seems to have far too much bearing on how possible it is to win. Im speaking specifically about map 5. Every time Ive done well I did so because I spawned far from the AI and was able to build up forces while they beat the snot out of each other. Despite my frustration and numerous attempts I'm still having fun. This game hands down get's a rare 5/5 from me.
The Get Ready thing at the beginning of every level is the single most annoying part of the game. I know how to scroll across the screen to view the field.
When I saw there was a second game, my first thought was, "How could they have possibly made the game any different?" Well, they did. Quite successfully. Just as entertaining as the first.
Found a bug where if you click of screen while running you continue running in that direction. Also really enjoyed the fact that you can cancel your reload. If you get right up on a door, you can shoot through. Really enjoyed the fact that you restock when you get back on the helicopter. Added some realism to it, because let's face it, what idiot doesn't resupply on ammo and grenades when he calls in a chopper?
Really fun and enjoyable, but
Unresponsive controls
Far too many situations in which my options are get bounced around by cars or run over a large number of spikes
Moving spikes? Really?
Relativistic issues such as the movement of the people being ridiculously fast considering the driver is moving at 240 mph.
10 minutes into the game and I'm annoyed with the fact that my hero can never attack because everything is dead before he manages to swing his bloody sword.
There is a luck element to the Crazy challenge and Level 3. Luckily, those are the only two. Thanks for the nice comments!
